As Everyone is getting back home from the 2009 4th Annual BYSW Congress. The Testimonies and Reports are Beginning to file In.

The three days of the BYSW Congress #4 have been the most wonderful of my almost 70 years since coming out of my eema's womb, unequivocally! That includes the wonderful welcome that I received from my beloved Faye on my return. Some of the main highlights were (1) that Yahweh Elohim overcame all my excuses NOT to be there and delivered me safely, (2) that Brothers Ray and Darrell were so kind as to come pick us up and deliver us to the Holiday Inn Fort Myers, (3) that Brother Vicente so kindly told me that Yahweh had laid it on his heart to present me with tzitzit and tied them to my belt loops, and that Brother Art made me an offer that I could not refuse for a shofar. The messages and the chavurah were filled with the Ruach HaKodesh!
On my return from the Congress, I praise Yahweh and thank Him for the true joy of the Ruach that He has given me, and pray that next year may be even greater and closer to the Malchut HaYahweh! Baruch HaShem YAHWEH!

In a word: Awesome! I wanted a fourth day. I knew as I was leaving that I had become a better Priest, Rabbi, Husband, Father And Servant. The 4th Annual Congress challenged, tipped over some sacred cows, and caused me to want to re-examine the Leper Scholar. The friends I made were already my brothers (and sisters).

2009 BYSW Congress Testimonies
Dear Rabbi Moshe, Shalom to you and yours. I just want to say a few words about my experience in Congress. As you know I don't attend a congregation for many years here in Colorado. The reason I went to Congress was to meet you and all those that are affiliated with BYSW. It took me three days to get used to you all and on the forth it was time to go. I learned many things. Many people from different places just like me, alone but with the desire to get spiritually fed. I believe that mission was accomplished. I have some questions but I'll reserve them for some other time. Somehow I got the impression that the meeting was to pick and choose who's qualified to enter the community camp. I must say the even though we dressed the same, looked the same, etc. we are not all the same. We come from different backgrounds. different experiences. But the truth is that we were all there to seek spiritual guidance. Only Yahuweh can judge the heart. If we want a utopian society we will have to wait for Mashiach's return. I really enjoyed the Congress and already made reservations for Sukkot. Thanks to Rabbi Steve Berkson I now were my tzitziyot and my kippa. Congress made me a little braver. I may not be in community with you but I will be faithful with my tithe until it's time for me to move on. Blessings and shalom to all.
